tunes, launched projects, and working on a new video game soundtrack

Yes, Mayhem

Yes, Mayhem is a the brainchild of Dan Taylor, the bass player for Metroid Metal. It started a few years ago when Dan decided he wanted to make a new band featuring many musicians he'd worked with in the past.

The latest album from Yes, Mayhem is the latest installment of that very thing. It features myself, Dan, Kevin Lawrence on drums, and James Moats on vocals - as well as a smattering of other talented people. It's a fun, quirky, and sometimes loud collection of 90s inspired off-kilter rock that you should all check out. I made a video that explains the whole thing.

ARC IMPULSE

I finished mixing and mastering Arc Impulse's new album, featuring arrangements from a variety of game soundtracks. It's a great collection of instrumentation and a fun listen. You can check it out below. They ROCKED MAGFest.

Some Mario Mess

I made this for the 60-second-required Brevity Month on Dwelling of Duels. I'm sorry. While you're at it, be sure to watch Mega Beardo's track. It's by far one of the most creative mashups I've ever heard.

MASIKUS IS MY BOY

I did a breakneck mastering job on Masikus' new EP helping to raise money for the ACLU.

GAME TIME (working on a game soundtrack)

I'm working on an unannounced indie game doing the soundtrack and sound design. I can't play a thing right now, but you can bet I'll be sharing when I can. :) I'm super stoked and hope to do more of that soon. The wheels are turning.

TTFN!
